So a bit about me – Hi my name is Dani Noto and I’m a transplant from Michigan. My husband and I have been here for 11 years and love it.

I learned to knit and crochet from my Grandma when I was very little. Crochet however quickly became my first love and that’s where my focus lied for many years. I’ve done just about every thing you can imagine crochet wise including blankets, shawls, toys, hats, scarves, gloves and mittens and of course many gifts. I also enjoy knitting and have come back to that craft in recent years, but have found when I want to make something quickly crochet is much faster for me. I also enjoy sharing the love of crochet with people who want to learn this craft. It’s so much fun to help people who’ve never crocheted and watch them learn a new skill they can enjoy for a lifetime. I also do refresher courses for those who maybe dabbled years ago and think they’ve forgotten everything they once knew – you’ll be surprised how much you really remember. Or maybe you’re struggling with making the stitches or your work isn’t even and your stitch count keeps changing. I can help you with that too.

I teach during the week by appointment only after 5:00, as I have a day job. I prefer to keep classes very small (one on one, or no more than 2-3 people) so everyone can get the individual attention they need.

Beginner classes are for one hour and are $30.
Intermediate and Advanced class fees will be determined by the project.

You can call or text me at 734-777-4870 to schedule your class.
